"I have been a resident at Abbeywood House since February 2024.

I have found the staff to be very kind and caring, nothing is to much trouble.

The food is exceptional and the cooks and staff are always looking for new recipes and meals as well as puddings/desserts that i can eat due to my Lactose intolerance.

The manager and her management team are very approachable, always taking the time to stop and talk with me as well as all the other residents, They always listen to your problems, concerns/worries and help support me to talk through or help me solve them.

Abbeywood house is a lovely warm home, everyone made me feel and my family feel so welcomed, this really helped me settle in easily , especially when i was very nervous due to all the changes that were happening in my life at that time".

“My mum is a resident at Abbeywood house the care is outstanding, the bedrooms are clean & bright. The staff are always keen to help not only residents but visitors & family members offering teas coffee snacks including cakes & biscuits I am always made to feel very welcome. The management are also very friendly very approachable also they makes sure the residents are happy at all times, they have a lot of activities from singing exercises & bingo. This is a lovely friendly home with an outstanding atmosphere. I am extremely happy with all the care my mum receives."
